A damage deposit of $200 is required via online check in. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property (usually 3-5 business days for it to reflect on your account)

There is no daily housekeeping. Although Towel changes soaps etc are always available. For longer stays house keeping is available every 3 nights on request only!
