* HVAC SETTINGS: The HVAC unit must bebetween 72-79°F and no lower than 70°F to prevent freezing. The recommended setting is 77°F when not in the house.
* LIGHTS AND WATER: Turn off lights when not in the house. Shut off water when not used, as the house is on a well system. Avoid unnecessary water waste. Unnecessary waste of water will leave your water tank low. Be cautions with your water use.
* SEPTIC SYSTEM: Do not flush anything down the toilets. Use trash bins in bathrooms.

* WATER QUALITY: The house has a reverse osmosis system, providing high-quality water for drinking, cooking, and bathing. There is no need to buy bottled water.
